Overview

The Documents tab is used to browse through all official Company Documents filed by the companies themselves. Documents are real-time and are updated as soon as they are submitted, processed, and approved by Companies House.

  2. Then search and open a Company Profile.
  3. Under your Company Profile tabs, click the Documents tab.

All available documents are downloadable and are official filings that were submitted to Companies House by the companies themselves. Documents include:

Incorporation Documents

  • IN01 – Application to register a company
  • Memorandum of association
  • Articles of association
  • Statement of capital
  • Company name approval (if applicable)

Accounts

  • Full accounts
  • Micro-entity accounts
  • Dormant company accounts
  • Abridged accounts
  • Filleted accounts
  • Audit reports (if applicable)

Confirmation Statement (CS01)

  • Confirmation statement (formerly Annual Return)
  • Changes to shareholdings, SIC codes, PSCs, registered office, etc.

Director and Officer Changes

  • AP01 – Appointment of director
  • TM01 – Termination of director
  • CH01 – Change of director details
  • AP03/TM03 – Appointment/termination of secretary

Registered Office and Company Details

  • AD01 – Change of registered office address
  • NM01 – Change of company name
